Shipping

We aim to process and ship every order as quickly as possible. You can expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days from the date it is placed. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $199 within the contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from our free shipping offer.

We are unable to offer refunds for packages that arrive outside of the estimated shipping window provided at checkout. If you have concerns about your delivery, please contact us at support@poppyblankets.com with your order number.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Email us at support@poppyblankets.com with your original order number and we will guide you through the process.

Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. A $20 restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Once we receive your return and confirm it is in its original condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used during your purchase.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
